As the global building industry continues to move toward cleaner energy and more sustainable architecture, solar technology is becoming an increasingly important part of modern roof design. At Sangobuild, we believe a solar roof should not only generate electricity — it should also look and perform like a real roof.
This October, Sangobuild will present its classic BIPV solar roofing solutions at the 140th Canton Fair, taking place from October 15–19, 2026, during Phase 1 in Guangzhou, China. Phase 1 of the fair includes the New Energy sector, making it an important international platform for showcasing new solar and energy technologies.
Visitors are welcome to meet the Sangobuild team at Hall 14.2, Booth C03 and explore how our BIPV solar roof tiles combine roofing and clean-energy generation in one integrated system.
The SOL BIPV Solar Roof Tile featured in our latest solar roofing system delivers:
**Size: 1190 × 390 mm
**Power Output: 80 W per tile
**Weight: Approx. 6 kg/pc
**Application: Building-Integrated Photovoltaic roofing
**Appearance: Sleek black roof-integrated design
One of the practical challenges of BIPV roofing is that not every part of a roof needs to generate electricity. Roof areas may be affected by orientation, shading, chimneys, valleys, ridges, skylights or architectural geometry. Installing photovoltaic tiles across every square meter is therefore not always necessary or economical. The matching tile shown in our SOL roofing system has the same 1190 × 390 mm size and is designed to coordinate visually with the photovoltaic tile. We warmly invite roofing distributors, solar companies, architects, contractors, developers and renewable-energy professionals from around the world to visit Sangobuild at the upcoming Canton Fair.
